Fall & Monograms

I love everything about monograms just ask my family I have them everywhere and if I have to buy a gift well ...you're probably gonna get something with a monogram.  I saw the monogram pumpkins last year and loved them so I painted mine then I  saw several different blogs doing monograms with upholstery tacks. double love!!!!! (I would give those blogs credit if I could remember who they were.)  It was super easy I went to Wal-Mart got a pumpkin and tacks and went to town.  I know mine's not perfect and you could make it better if you copied off your monogram on the computer and tacked over it then rip the paper off.  I'm kind of lazy though and sometimes I get impatient and just want to see the outcome.

I made two of them and put them in the urns left over from Em's wedding.  I turned my hanging basket on the screen door to the fall theme as well.  I received it from Emily for my birthday and I love that thing I can change it out with every season.

  10. Well, I am here and hooked. I swore that I was not gonna sign up for anymore blogs as a follower because...welllll...when I follow...I follow. I am not just a name on the page - I come here every stinking time I see a post...yep...guess you will be stuck with me now! I like your style and that you have such a variation of things going on over here. Your work is beautiful but what I like best is that you are REAL- right down to the drips of syrup on your kitchen floor---okay...just kidding ya about that- you don't need to look-there were no drips ;>) I'll be back..and I am signing up-it's a done deal! Hugs- Diana
