Ready For Spring!!

Living in Oklahoma you never know what the weather will be like.  Yesterday it was in the 70s sunny and beautiful.  Today it's in the 50s cold rainy and we are under a Tornado Watch.  So today I'm back to wearing my comfy warm clothes thinkin about Spring.  I love Spring watching all the new budding of trees and flowers. Getting ready for Easter with all the pastel colors everywhere.  Easter candy taunting me in the stores.  Seeing all the cute clothes and shoes in the mall.  And the most important reason that as a Christian knowing that my savior died for me and rose from the grave.

I wanted to have a little bit more of that feeling so I decorated my door basket for Spring.  I love this thing.  Those of you that have been reading my blog for a while have seen this before.  I love this basket it is so versatile.  I love the fact that I can change it up for every season.

I bought this cute little bird tag at Hobby Lobby for half off.  I love that store they always have great weekly sales.  When I saw this cute little guy I knew it would be going on my door basket.

This is a bow that I made out of an old sheet.  Don't throw away your old white sheets you can make fluffy pillows, fabric flowers and ripped bows.  I just love the feel of old linens.  I also added vintage buttons.

This is a waxed floral bush also from Hobby Lobby half off.  I used three bushes I like everything to look full and overflowing.  They had these also in pink, yellow, and lavender too.  I may get some pink ones for my Easter Door basket.

Don't ya just love the colors of him? And I love the cute little stamp in the corner.

Well here ya go I'm ready for Spring even though the Okie weather isn't working with me.  Are you all gettin ready?
