I did manage to get some pillows that I've been needing to finish for peeps and I also made a table runner. I just took the measurements off of the one that I currently have on my table. Next time I make one though I'm going to make it wider. I think the burlap will lay better and have more substance.

I love everything about burlap and ruffles. It's the rustic with the burlap and the softness that the ruffle adds. Yummy!! It's true that opposites attract, in people and in decor. I almost never pick things out that are too matchy matchy. I think in decor everything looks more balanced if it's not balanced. Make sense? Well off to gettin out the bleach and getting my life back to normal. I'm going to beat this bug out of my house one way or another. Plus I love the way bleach smells ... weird huh?
I love how this turned out! I'm a big fan of mixing fabrics/colors/textures as well... I don't do so well with matchy-matchy.
ReplyDeleteYou are so talented...this is so pretty!
